Aspen were pleased to be asked by Waitrose to help develop their Unpacked concept for several trial stores during 2019. The project involved design, manufacture & installation of a wide variety of the furniture used at Abingdon, Cheltenham & Wallingford.

The furniture used made it possible for customers to utilise a dedicated refillable zone for dispensers to offer dry foods, wine, & recycling areas.

Waitrose Unpacked allows customers to buy a variety of different foods & drinks that are package free, therefore saving thousands of tons of plastic waste.
